As a shop owner I can un-archive a subscriber #459 has regressed (no longer possible) since the Show Archived button is no longer shown on the list subscribers page.

Describe the solution you'd like
Bring back #459 & write associated test to verify the routes /archived-subscribers and /unarchive-subscriber/<subscriber_id> still work, and (critically) the route is still discoverable in subscribers.html
