Description

After installing ripgrep on Windows 11, attempting to refresh directory doesn't work, even though it used to work before.
stuck on this screen

Expected Behavior

directory should be able to be refreshed with ripgrep installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. install ripgrep on WIN11 (using winget)
2. refresh directory (or create a new library)
