Are there any plans of making an Android version of Mesh?

Thanks for asking. The Mesh project is currently not active due to time and resources limitations. Whatever time is available is currently being used for the DNS server project. There are many plans (including cross-platform support and mobile app) for Mesh but currently its not clear when it will be possible to implement them.
