Vanishing flyout on mobile scroll

Describe the bug
When trying to scroll in the flyout on mobile, it immediately closes it out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be logged in on mobile that.us
2. Click on flyout
3. Attempt to scroll
4. Flyout closes

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Additional context
Tested in Firefox Daylight 102.2 (13909) and it's working as expected there. Not a huge deal, but sometimes makes navigation a bit weird so wanted to call it out
