Problem install component - Delphi 11.3

I installed it via GetIt in Delphi 11.3 and manually
The installation was not successful.
File SynEditDD280.bpl and SynEditDR280.bpl are correctly compiled, but when I install SynEditDD280.bpl cause access violation.
