Shield will always unhide while holding an axe regardless of config

Describe the Issue

When the hideShieldUnlessHoldingWeapon is set to true, the shiled will unhide when holding any type of axe in your mainhand regardless of the shieldWeapons values.

These are the config values at the time of reporting.

shieldWeapons = [ "tetra:modular_sword" ]
# This option will hide your shield unless you are holding a weapon.
hideShieldUnlessHoldingWeapon = true

Items with a weapon component are considered a weapon, including axes, which actually deal more damage than swords.

The config option refers to additional items, and is mostly a legacy thing from before weapons became standardized in item components. I've updated the config comment to reflect that.

Alright... but then why are swords not default?
Also, i'd then like to turn this into a feature request to also allow either one of the following:

• A way to ignore items to trigger a tweak
• A new tweak field to just hide the offhand shield at all times unless the player is currently using it (holding right click)
