feat: add Python SDK for ValidKit API

Async-first Python implementation:
  - Built on asyncio for high-performance validation
  - Complete type hints for IDE support
  - Batch processing up to 10K emails
  - Automatic retries with exponential backoff
  - Context managers for clean resource handling
  - Agent Signal Pool contribution support
  - Examples for single and bulk validation
