9800x3d, 9070xt w/ 32gb ram latest bios. Issue started after first January main build. Still occurring on 1/30 builds.
Launch a game now causes a 30 second wait with the valve logo before game is actually launched. Performance monitor over lay unresponsive until game launches. Rolling back to older os build and reinstalling latest main solves the issue temporarily, then issue reappears. Once in game all seems normal.
Appears to be a timeout issue. Also seems to cause performance overlay fps to mess up as well. Activating fps counter then turning it off leaves a copy of the last fps count on the screen. Interestingly launching cyber punk causes a 30 second wait when launching the game and when clicking skip using account option in the cd project red launcher, another 30 second wait timeout occurs.
