Bug Description

Comparators are remapped using minecraft:powered_comparator for 1.12.2. The correct remap should be minecraft:unpowered_comparator as the powered variant (despite its name) is unused. The powered_comparator variant also has a backwards block model, which is the real culprit behind #524.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with 1.12.2
2. Place a comparator
3. Check for "minecraft:powered_comparator" in F3
