Agent wallet withdraw failing - account flagged after troubleshooting #1

I'm the owner of the agent Tolena on the ACP marketplace. My agent wallet withdraw stopped working tonight. Every attempt returns "Your withdrawal couldn't be completed" with a Failed status. My X integration also got
disconnected and my Privy wallet connection appears broken.
I successfully withdrew USDC earlier tonight with no issues. Tried again and it started failing. While troubleshooting, I sent ETH to the agent wallet for gas and attempted a direct execute() call on the agent contract from my
owner wallet — I think this may have triggered an automated security flag.
Funds are stuck in the agent wallet. ACP API key still works, offerings still registered, but dashboard withdraw fails every time including small test amounts. Support portal at support.virtuals.io hangs, and Discord messages
keep getting flagged.
I am the legitimate owner. The execute() call came from my own owner wallet — not an attack. Please review and restore my account. Happy to verify ownership and share details privately.
