[Question]: can`t change vdd before windows logged. #470

Hello:
I created a service using VDD and am running it with my local system account. After restarting my computer, before logging into Windows, I cannot use community scripts, DevCon, etc., to enable, disable, restart, or modify the virtual monitors. This issue does not occur when logged into a Windows account, such as administrator. The service is used for remote desktop applications, and I need to select the resolution and number of virtual monitors based on the client's needs.
