Consider an events tab #897

Idea by brunocb. Add a tab for officially supported events to the multiplayer tab:
The original idea by brunocb was to have tournaments there. I assume this would involve the initial announcement, info such as timetable and map pool, a signup opportunity, live bracket incl. for participants, ability to watch if not a player. Maybe something more basic would also be a fine start though. The big caveat here is infra support.
Tourneys are fairly rare so it could also contain other events like fightclub, raider weekend, or even short PW rounds - anything that might want some organisational and "marketing" help. Perhaps newsposts do it well already though, and again anything more would also require infra.
