Support Componentjs component.json

Hi @AyanSinhaMahapatra,

I hope you're doing well! I came across issue #4107 and noticed that PR #4138 has been inactive since April 2025. I've been actively contributing to scancode-toolkit recently — I worked on .deps.json (#4803) and environment.yml (#4804) handlers, so I understand how the packagedcode handlers work.

I have carefully read through all the review comments on PR #4138 and I believe I can address every point — the assembly function, expectation-based tests, correct default values, and cleaning up the unnecessary static methods.

It would mean a lot to me to contribute to this. Would you be okay with me taking this up?
