Command: $dotnet tool install -g Volo.Abp.Cli

Error: Skipping NuGet package signature verification.
The settings file in the tool's NuGet package is invalid: Settings file 'DotnetToolSettings.xml' was not found in the package.
Tool 'volo.abp.cli' failed to install. Contact the tool author for assistance.

Have you installed the NET 10 SDK? https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/10.0

If you have installed it, please try:

mkdir test
cd test
dotnet new globaljson
dotnet tool install -g Volo.Abp.Studio.Cli

The globaljson file content should be:

  "sdk": {
    "version": "10.0.100"
  }
}
