Add Method overrides for logging functions

To make it easier for the logging functions to be exported and used for both the server and the lambda, we will add logging function overrides that do not require the context object. This will only be used for the server.

Closing this because an easier solution was found. We keep a single function that can take in either a Hono Context object or an AWS Lambda Context function. All of these functions will then be moved to the db packages.
