telemetry data does not split aliases

An important use of telemetry is to see which commands+aliases are used.
Currently the data makes no distinction between commands and their aliases.

`aio login`  ||  `aio auth login` => `auth:login`
`aio auth context` || `aio auth ctx` || `aio context` || `aio ctx`  => `auth:ctx`
