  * createcatsrc.c, scancd.c, scanct.c, scanpo.c: added some explicit
    initializations of a pointer to be freed after the ReadLine() loop. Empty
    files will cause the loop to terminate even before the first ReadLine() call
    which left the "line" variable uninitialized before. This refs #2.
  * createcatsrc.c: use the standard PRIx32 definition to insert the correct
    system-dependent placeholder for 32bit integers.
  * scanct.c: changed the type of the Codeset variable to "unsigned long int"
    to match the return type of strtoul() and the implied semantics for the
    check against ULONG_MAX. This fixes the warning about "comparison is always
    false due to limited range of data type".
  * scanpo.c: fixed a wrong skip of a keyword.
  * scanpo.c: the pointer returned by ReadLine() must not be modified during the
    scan process, otherwise the wrong pointer will be free()'d after the loop.
    This closes #2.

    and po format as a contribution. This script was previously part of the
    YAM project but has been moved here because that's the place it belongs.

    is now used by e.g. YAM and will be probably used by other upcoming
    projects using transifex as their translation service. Now a POFILE
    command line option has been added so that a user can run flexcat with
    just the PO file in the form "flexcat POFILE german.po CATALOG test.catalog"
    and will end up with a catalog file containing all translations. Please
    note that these conversion routines are in beta quality right now and
    will require some testing before a final release. Especially support for
    different platforms running flexcat haven't been widely tested.

      64bit value. Adapted all 'unsigned long' and similar 64bit usages to
      use these new types instead.
    * scanct.c: fixed bug #752031 where a NULL pointer exception caused
      a crash when the COPYMSGNEW option was used under certain circumstances.
