外网执行 amb init 失败

执行 amb init 失败。
选择simple project 模式， 出现
install: anima-yocto@1.0.1
exit: connect ETIMEDOUT

如选择webapp project 模式， 则出现
exit: installPackage is not defined

麻烦帮忙看看，如何解决， 谢谢！
