Feature Request: Add CIT168 (subcortical) and Diedrichsen (cerebellar) atlases

I would like to suggest adding support for the following atlases:

CIT168 Reinforcement Learning Atlas: This is highly valuable for high-resolution subcortical segmentation (especially for ventral striatum and midbrain structures) and is a standard output in many modern pipelines. I also suggest adding the amygdala and hippocampus parcels from the HCP CIFTI subcortical parcellation, as done to create the 4SX atlases that are part of the built-in atlases available through QSIRecon, XCP-d, etc.

I've added an 'Atlas Wishlist' section to the readme to start keeping track of atlases that I would like to add to the package (and/or gratefully welcome community contributions for). I agree the CIT168 subcortical nuclei atlas would be awesome to add.

RE: the HCP CIFTI subcortical parcellation, my understanding is that this pipeline applies the FreeSurfer segmentation using the aseg atlas that is included in this package already (and includes the amygdala and hippocampus). Could you please let me know if I've misunderstood, and point me to where I can find the 4SX atlas? I wasn't able to find that myself, and would be very happy to incorporate this subcortical parcellation if it's distinct from the aseg one.
