Hey there,

I love to keep my previous sessions organized but OpenCode makes this the hardest because the name of the session can't be used with opencode -s '' to resume later.

Should be very easy to add but would make OC CLI have parity with the others in terms of session organization feature.

Also add /rename is currently not working
