I can make it a little smaller by modifying the crop type.
I don't want to introduce more UI elements.

The right way to fix this, is making the "nointernet" image the same type and size as logo_started.xml, logo_starting_25.xml, logo_starting_50.xml, logo_starting_75.xml and logo_stopped.xml.

These are in "Android VectorDrawable" format. Which is almost SVG.
