We’d like to propose contributing native support for Volcengine Object Storage (TOS) to OpenDAL.

Thank you for working on this! We can begin the work on the https://github.com/apache/opendal-reqsign side. Please note that we only need basic signing and static key support first. After that, we can proceed with the implementation in OpenDAL and add more credential providers on the reqsign side.
