[Improvement] Documentation: Add PowerShell-specific syntax for Maven archetype generation

What would you like to be improved?

The current documentation provides a Maven command for generating a new StormCrawler project that works in Bash/Unix environments. When using PowerShell, the command fails or behaves unexpectedly.

How should we improve?

Update the Quick Start section to include a PowerShell-compatible version of the command.
