Are There some guide to building this IOC?

Do I need any specific libraries for this? Do I need to have epics and/or lightfield on compiling machine?

You do not need LightField on the compiling machine because the required DLLs are included in ADLightField/lightFieldApp/src. These are the versions from LightField 6.4.1. If you want to run a different version of LightField you might need to replace these files, but I am not certain of that.

You do of course need EPICS base, areaDetector/ADSupport, areaDetector/ADCore, asyn, busy, calc, etc. available when you compile the IOC application.
