Data source changed #1
Description
It seems that https://l0dup05.larc.nasa.gov/opendap/MOPITT/MOP03JM.008/ is no longer available. The data appears to have been migrated to https://opendap.larc.nasa.gov/opendap/MOPITT/MOP03JM.008. I am testing this and will make the changes once the scripts run successfully. I am currently working on MOPITT_ECCC_FileConverter.py .
