feat: support various formats like json,toml,yaml,etc in data lists

then implement the syntax after #178 is fixed.

this feature is called "data lists"

data lists should support user data types (structs and enums)

loading JSON/TOML/YAML/... would support:

1. list of objects

[{"field1": "field1value", "field2": "field2value1"},
{"field1": "field1value2", "field2": "field2value2"}]

2. flattened list of values

["field1value", "field2value", "field1value2", "field2value2"]

Text would support:

1. one line per list item.
2. one line per field in struct, similar to flattened json list of values

Binary files support:

1. Load as Decimal numbers
2. Load as hexadecimal numbers

is this smth useful? you can just make sure you output a text file in your makefile instead of relying on goboscript to do it for you
