[BUG]: Broken link of [here] in DEVELOPMENT.md referencing "Git workflow"

Describe the bug.

The [here] link in DEVELOPMENT.md intended to point to the AsyncAPI Git workflow is broken and returns 404.

Expected behavior

Clicking the [here] link should lead to
https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/docs/010-contribution-guidelines/git-workflow.md

How to Reproduce

1. Open the repository on GitHub and navigate to DEVELOPMENT.md.

2. Click the [here] link, which points to https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/git-workflow.md .

3. Observe GitHub returns “File not found” (404).

I've submitted a fix for this in PR #2055. The link has been updated from https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/git-workflow.md (404) to https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/docs/010-contribution-guidelines/git-workflow.md (correct location).
