Refactor MenuNavigator to Route to different pages

Context: Right now we have a draft Menu Navigator that takes you to the home page and the event creation page. It would be nice to set up a menu navigator with a nicer interface.

How to set this up?

1. Use these buttons for the top http://www.material-ui.com/#/components/raised-button
2. Set up the top menu banner with the hexadecimal color: #696969
3. Have buttons set up for TicketCrypt(Home page), New Event Register/Login
