Docs: release notes reference `hill` but actual command is `hillcharts`

The v0.7.0 release notes mention:

Add hill chart commands (show, track, untrack)

This implies the command is basecamp hill show, but the actual command is basecamp hillcharts show:

$ basecamp hill show
unknown command "hill" for "basecamp"

Did you mean this?
    hillcharts

$ basecamp hillcharts --help
Manage hill charts for tracking todolist progress.
COMMANDS
  show     Show hill chart for a todoset
  track    Track todolists on the hill chart
  untrack  Untrack todolists from the hill chart

Minor docs issue — just the release notes text could be clearer about the actual command name being hillcharts, not hill.
