ASA Go: Notification icon for Android

Describe the task
For Android push notifications we need a simple icon that can display in the status bar. Here's a link to material design guidelines for Android system/status bar icons: https://m2.material.io/design/iconography/system-icons.html#design-principles

The status bar currently shows a white circle for ASA Go push notifications (the bigger circle in this screen shot:

Acceptance Criteria

• A png asset 24px x 24px
• White with transparent background

Zip file contains 5 various sizes for Android in two sets, one of black icons and another of white icons for dark backgrounds.

Sizes:
24×24 px (mdpi)
36×36 px (hdpi)
48×48 px (xhdpi)
72×72 px (xxhdpi)
96×96 px (xxxhdpi)
