Among other issues, two successive zooms followed by a "reset zoom" leaves an incomplete plot (series missing) and mismatched with the plot ranges.

Cause: existence of Highcharts point click event (plotOptions.point.events.click)

Bad zooming if point click event (created to couple with spreadsheet) is defined (even if callback function is empty). Same with point select event.

Removed point select events for now.
