Internal links in the extension description (store page) do not work

This is probably a difficult one to address and with low priority. Opening just for tracking purposes.

Yo, this issue might be related to:

• Big images in the extension description are overflowing the page size #3832: same extension description page display issues
• core: frontend: All external links should open in new tab #1215: external links should open in new tab (related to link handling)

This seems to be an issue for radcam extension only. Probably due to it trying to use a relative path. I don't think we have plans of supporting this (we'd have to parse the readme to find links, and basically follow/include a list of .md files along with the readme...)
