packaging issue

packaging is wrong we are going to localust 1999 and we need to go to the public party socket for github party

after going back and forth with the robot for a bit and discussing with @ashleyHutton we noted that the localhost:1999 was being hard coded into the build that we were including in our zip. I updated the content.js file in the zip to have the correct url https://github-party.partykit.dev which should fix our bug in prod.

@ianfletcher314 Can we make sure we have a repeatable building mechanism so we don't have to remember to do that. Also could we increment the version number? We need something higher than 1.0.0 to submit again
