[BUG] Nix package has the generic name "rust-workspace-unknown"

For example the path ends up as something like:

    /nix/store/j8w32lkdrmnw36md3lr8r6a5g0dq3xqp-rust-workspace-unknown/bin/nmrs-gui

It also appears when updating etc.

There's one parameter or another that should be passed to naersk. This issue is mainly a reminder for me to look at it at some point :)
