Add recommended next steps for How to build a Linux kernel

The current How to build an Ubuntu Linux kernel guide is complete.

But as the SMEs it would be good to recommend what the user could do next.

E.g. use cranky (or any other recommended method) to build the customised kernels in Launchpad since locally built packages are difficult to deploy. Whereas moving to Launchpad PPA builds would mean proper environment setup, make it easier to deploy the kernel source packages, infrastructure is ready for building kernels across different architectures as needed.

There should be additional info to describe:

• How to cross-compile
• How to compile for another series than the one your are on
• Management of dependents package (meta at least) for checkout
• Creating a new version (for linux and meta at least)
• Setting up a ppa and build (including configuration for other arch)
• How to update configuration (via our annotations)

I can create one issue for each of these points but that might be overkilled.

Hi @ThibF , thanks for the additional info!

From this list, i actually think each one would benefit from a standalone how-to.

They would be steps needed in the how-to-build-a-kernel doc but like the part on how to obtain the kernel source, I think the more complete information should be separate from the build how-to.
