Choosing "Disable" in "Unfreeze and run?" dialog cause LL unusable

After I once choosing "Disable" then I can't open any folder or unfreeze an app forever.

Workaround: kill LL in task manager.

This is probably general "Disable" problem in LL.

Is is possible to use another dialog without default buttons?

This is indeed a problem from LL, but it is indeed possible to use custom dialogs. This will need some looking into the android API, but other scripts have done this as well, so it's certainly possible
