Collection.combinations()

Yesterday I went to translate some Java code I had lying around for this, but I realized it assumed a set (no duplicate elements). I need to give it a bit more thought to avoid repeated combinations. I've been terribly busy with school, but I'll commit to figuring it out this weekend.
