Is there any way to access true plane wave imaging mode?

Thanks for the clarification. Just to make sure I understand correctly:

The system allows transmitting from approximately 1/3 of the aperture (≈64 elements) at once, simulating a wide-beam or unfocused transmission. However, it is only possible to receive one line of RF data per transmission, meaning parallel reception across all channels is not supported.

Given this limitation, would it be accurate to conclude that true plane wave imaging (single wide transmission + full-aperture parallel reception) is not currently possible with the C3HD3 hardware?

If so, are there any SDK-accessible modes that allow some form of angle compounding or synthetic aperture strategies?

yes, exactly, you can transmit with 64 elements at a time, and receive on the aperture-centered element, so 192 sequenced events to get the full aperture (frame)

we do not have any other modes other than this acquisition method
