Prerequisite

• Gain access to cloudnative-id GitHub organization
• Gain access to community.cncf.io
• Gain access to streamyard

4 weeks before the event

• Decide on date
• Find speaker 1: <TODO: speaker-name>
• Find speaker 2: <TODO: speaker-name>
• Get speakers to fill up speaker form

3 weeks before the event

• Create event page in https://community.cncf.io/indonesia/, check the example here
• Create event poster using generator tool, make sure to push it to the repository
• Create a pull request to broadcast the event to community-ops repository, you can find the example here

2 weeks before the event

• Prepare community slide for event
• Order t-shirt for speakers
• Order 3 t-shirts all sizes (L) for the lucky attendees

1 week before the event

• Create streamyard event and link it to the youtube
• Share the streamyard URL with the speakers
• Create calendar for speakers

The meetup event day

• Remind speakers to come on time
• Host the event
• Ask the participants to fill out the survey form

Post Event

• Get all slide and combine it into 1 slide, upload it to slideshare
• Wrap Up event in the community.cncf.io event page, including the slideshare and the youtube video
