[Feat]: Populate Tech Trends Page with Informational Cards

What feature?

Description:
The Tech Trends page is currently empty and lacks content, which reduces its value for users. I propose to enhance it by adding well-designed, responsive cards that display the latest and most relevant technology trends.

Proposed Features:
Add multiple cards displaying key tech trends such as:
AI and Machine Learning
Blockchain
Quantum Computing
Green Tech
Web3
Cybersecurity

Each card should include:
Title
Short description (2–3 lines)
Optional icon or image
(Optional) "Read more" or "Explore" link

Design Requirements:
Match the current site theme
Responsive for mobile and desktop
Card layout
Hover effects or subtle animations (optional)

Benefits:
Increases user engagement
Provides educational value
Enhances visual appeal of the Tech Trends section
