[BUG]: Unable to start the project locally

Description of the bug

I attempted to set up the project locally using Docker, but encountered issues related to Vue.js during the process:

I tried resolving the issue by modifying dependency versions and updating a few related files, but was ultimately unsuccessful in getting the project to run locally. Any guidance or suggestions to help troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, the issue I’m currently encountering is similar to the one mentioned above. I’m also unable to access the page when deploying it via Docker on my own. Could you please let me know if there’s a solution? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you could provide.
