error: invalid command 'bdist_egg' when installing using pip on python 3.4

Hi there,
I get this error while installing on python 3.4 using pip:

```
error: invalid command 'bdist_egg' 
```

Commenting out this line fixed it for me:

```
from distribute_setup import use_setuptools; use_setuptools()
```
