@davlee1972 I set up a simple local proxy, and then ran dbc search and dbc install mssql with and without the HTTPS_PROXY environment variable (since I was operating locally with self-signed certificate I had to disable TLS verification in my local code to allow the proxy to work). Which confirmed both dbc v0.1.0 and the current main properly respect the HTTPS_PROXY environment variable. See below:

I created a directory proxy-test and created a simple node-based proxy
a. npm init -y
b. npm install mockttp
c. Create the index.js file seen below, and then run node index.js
