How to build PythonQt with PythonQtConfig.cmake?

I build the patch-9, but I can only find PythonQt*.h but no PythonQtConfig.cmake.

I just use -DPythonQt_Wrap_QtAll=ON.

Linux, openSUSE Tumbleweed.
