Firmware version check and update guidance

Add facecam-probe check-firmware that:

1. Reads current firmware version from bcdDevice
2. Compares against known latest (4.09)
3. If outdated, prints specific guidance on what's missing and how to update via Camera Hub

Could also check the Elgato support site for new firmware releases (with user opt-in).
