bug: The brightness slider is not displayed correctly

Bug description

The brightness slider in the fully open Quick Settings appears outside the Quick Settings if it's set to the bottom. A better location for the brightness slider is shown in the screenshot. In crDroid 11, the slider was positioned correctly.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Go to Settings > crDroid Settings > Quick settings.
Step 2. Set position brightness slider to "Bottom".
Step 3. Fully open quick settings.

I think this is a feature.. I am on CrDroid 12.5 Redwood.

And do you know why KernelSU Version v0.9.5
me.weishu.kernelsu is not working.. It was working on 12.3.. I don't know the main reason but I think it is because I dirty flashed the ROM..
