Bug description

When slide brightness or open notification from lock screen, quick setting panel flashing black color.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Pull down quick stettings panel
Step 2. Slide brigthers slider.

Step 1. Wake on lockscreen
Step 2. Tap icon notification.
