Take credit cards

BTC and LTC is nice, but credit cards are still the primary way for most people to give us monies.

This will probably be facilitated largely by #1.

Also, we may want to avoid a donation-based model until we're a proper 501(c)3 (see #1) so that this doesn't become a paperwork nightmare.
