genCurvGrid should be part of the file that uses it

genCurvGrid is an example of generating curvilinear coordinates when the mapping is known.
It should be in the proper example.

Six different files use it. Seems appropriate to have it on its own.

It should be on another directory. Probably split the utilities directory in examples, source and tests, and then add it into utilities/examples
