Often my Dial is asleep, and has to be woken up. I'll do this by adjusting the knob some. A second or two latter, it connects.
Unfortunately, it seems like the knob stores then sends the entire buffer of input that it has when it does connect. Since I primarily use the knob for volume, very often I end up with either max or min volume.
It'd be nice to have a way to discard the first batch of input around connect time, to shield against this.
